Terms & Conditions (core.and.more.essentials)

 

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website and any purchases you make from core.and.more.essentials (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

Unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page or packaging, our products are intended for external use only.

No medical advice: Any information on our website is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

 
3) Eligibility

 

To place an order you must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent/guardian.

 
4) Website use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse it (including attempting unauthorised access, introducing malware, or interfering with site functionality).

We may restrict access if we suspect misuse or fraud.

 
5) Product information and availability

 

We aim to display product descriptions, images, and information accurately. However:
 

  • Colours may vary depending on your screen/device.

  • Packaging and labelling may vary slightly due to supplier updates.

  • Availability may change. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and refund you where applicable.

 
6) Prices, currency, and promotions
 
  • Prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are shown at checkout.

  • Discount codes and promotions may be time-limited and subject to conditions.

 
7) Taxes, VAT, customs, and import charges (UK)

 

Depending on dispatch route and fulfilment location, orders may ship from within or outside the UK. If shipped from outside the UK, import VAT, duties, and/or carrier handling fees may apply. These charges are set by UK authorities/carriers and are outside our control.

 

8) Orders and contract formation
 
  • When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase products.

  • A contract is formed when we accept your order and send an order confirmation email.

  • We may refuse or cancel orders due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or delivery constraints. If we cancel after payment, you will receive a refund.

 
9) Payments

We accept payments via PayPal and credit/debit card. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details.

 

10) Shipping, delivery, and dropshipping fulfilment

 

We use third-party fulfilment partners and suppliers (dropshipping). This means:
 

  • Orders may be dispatched from different locations.

  • Your order may arrive in multiple parcels.

  • Estimated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

11) Address accuracy

 

You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. If you need to change your address, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. If the order has already been dispatched, changes may not be possible.

12) Allergies, sensitivities, and safe use

 

Individual reactions and results may vary.
 

  • Always review the ingredient list and follow all directions and warnings shown on the product page and/or packaging.

  • If you have sensitive skin, allergies, or a history of reactions, we recommend a patch test 24–48 hours before first use.

  • Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on broken or irritated skin unless instructions specifically state it is suitable.

  • Stop use immediately if irritation occurs. If symptoms are severe, persistent, or you feel unwell, seek medical advice.

 
13) Customer responsibilities and misuse

 

You are responsible for using products in accordance with the instructions and warnings provided. We are not responsible for issues caused by:
 

  • misuse or failure to follow instructions,

  • use contrary to warnings (for example on broken/irritated skin),

  • combining products in a way that is not recommended,

  • or use outside the intended purpose.

 
14) Returns, refunds, and cancellations

If you are a UK consumer buying online, you generally have a legal right to cancel within 14 days after receiving goods, subject to exceptions (for example, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed). 15) Faulty, damaged, or not-as-described items

 

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us at core.and.more.essentials@gmail.com with your order number and evidence (photos/videos where relevant). We will assess and provide an appropriate remedy in line with applicable UK consumer law. For items damaged on arrival, please report within 48 hours of delivery.

 

16) Intellectual property

All website content (including text, images, logos, designs, and graphics) is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, used, or reproduced without our written permission.

 

17) Reviews and user content

 

If you submit a review or other content, you confirm it is truthful and lawful and does not infringe third-party rights. We may remove content that is misleading, abusive, or unlawful.

 

18) Limitation of liability (UK consumer)

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

 

Subject to the above and to the extent permitted by law:
 

  • we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable,

  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses,

  • our total liability for any claim relating to your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the products in that order, except where UK consumer law requires otherwise.

 
19) Events outside our control (force majeure)

 

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, customs delays, strikes, natural disasters, or platform outages.

 
20) Privacy and cookies

 

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

 

21) Changes to these Terms

 

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Updated Terms apply from the date they are posted on the website.

 

22) Governing law and disputes

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. However, if you are a UK consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory UK consumer protection laws and may have the right to bring a claim in the UK where those mandatory rules apply.
