This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works when you order from core.and.more.essentials (“we”, “us”, “our”). We ship orders to customers in the United Kingdom using third-party fulfilment partners (dropshipping).
1) Shipping destinations
We currently ship to the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
2) Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Processing includes order confirmation and dispatch preparation with our fulfilment partners.
3) Estimated delivery times
Estimated delivery times start after dispatch:

Standard Delivery: 7–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, customs processes, or operational disruptions.
4) Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on:

the items in your order, and

your delivery location within the UK.

5) Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a tracking link/number by email after your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.
6) Split shipments
Your order may arrive in multiple parcels if items are sourced from different suppliers or fulfilment locations. If this happens, you may receive multiple tracking links.
7) Address accuracy and changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
8) Customs, VAT, duties, and handling fees (UK)
Depending on the dispatch route, your order may be shipped from within or outside the UK.
If your order ships from outside the UK, import charges (such as VAT, duties, and/or carrier handling fees) may apply. These charges are set by UK authorities/carriers and are outside our control. Where applicable, charges may be collected at checkout or on delivery, depending on the shipment.
9) Delays, missing parcels, and lost packages
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days after dispatch, please contact us at core.and.more.essentials@gmail.com with your order number.

Delays: We will assist by contacting the carrier/fulfilment partner to investigate.

Lost packages: If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability and the outcome of the investigation.
10) Damaged items
If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review and provide a suitable solution in line with our Refund Policy.
11) Order cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at core.and.more.essentials@gmail.com.
